For both everyday protection and single-day occasions, we develop what we call a Daily Activity Order (DAO). This minute-by-minute plan covers every aspect of the day's operations. Our advanced team conducts a thorough reconnaissance of the venue, assessing the layout, access points, emergency exits, parking, and key contacts. This information is then handed over to the Team Lead for seamless execution. A route checklist is also prepared to ensure smooth transportation, along with a detailed outline of team roles, such as chauffeur, security personnel, and other specific positions such as medic if necessary.
